Dreams Come True in the Heart

Everyone's talking about it, living in the heart, but how do we really do it, especially if we've experienced heartache, heartbreak, as well as disappointment and loss? There is only one way that I have found, and that is Heart Immersion. This means diving into the experience of emotion and in the emotional world, to feel our heart connections. It also means locating the internal resistance to feeling-based connection that is always fear-related.

As usual, I find a powerful confirmation in numerology: Heart Immersion in Pythagorean numerology equals 77: "7" is the number of the spiritual seeker. A double 77, or master number, is answer to the spiritual search, the Holy Grail. We could call it the Master Answer to the question asked by Master spiritual seekers.

On a personal level, my acronym for HEART creates a step-by-step pathway to living in the heart: Hearing-Expressing-Accepting-Relating-Trusting.  The numerology of the formula is "333". Wow! 333 means the integration of body-mind-spirit, which is the full Emergence of Spirit in every day life. 

On a trans-personal scale, my acronym for heart reveals the planetary shift we are undergoing: Humanity Experiencing A Radical Transformation.
